Good Relatives Collaborative Grants
The Good Relatives Collaborative Grants are an unrestricted funding opportunity designed to support Native-led nonprofit organizations serving Native communities across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 Native nations that share the same geography.
We will be awarding 8 grants of $50,000 and 8 grants of $100,000. The Good Relatives Collaborative Grant application period opens Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:00 AM MST / 8:00 AM CST and closes Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST / 6:00 PM CST.
Bush Prize: Native Nations
Bush Prize: Native Nations is an annual honoring that celebrates Native-led organizations across the region who have a track record of successful community problem-solving. Bush Prize: Native Nations honorees support a culture of innovation, are highly-valued in community, and have a history of building creative, community-powered solutions for challenges in Native communities.
In 2025, three organizations from Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the Native nations that share that geography will be selected as Bush Prize: Native Nations honorees. Honorees will receive an award of $250,000. The award is unrestricted and can be used for any charitable purposes. The application period for the 2026 Bush Prize: Minnesota begins on Wednesday, April 1, at 7 am MT / 8 am CT, and closes on Thursday, April 30, at 5 pm MT/ 6 pm CT.
